Melkhos Return Policy & Refund Policy

At Melkhos, we stand behind the quality of our wrestling gear and apparel. Please review our return policy carefully before purchasing.

Returns on New Items

We accept returns on new, unworn, and unused items within 14 days of delivery under the following conditions:

  • Items must be in original condition, unwashed, unworn, with tags attached.

  • Customers must cover return shipping costs.

  • A 15% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method upon inspection and approval of the returned item.

Returns on Defective or Incorrect Items (Free Return Shipping)

If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, we’ll cover the return shipping costs. To qualify for a return or exchange:

  • Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • Provide clear, detailed photos of the issue.

  • Items must be unused and in their original condition.

  • After evaluation, we will offer you the choice of a replacement, store credit, or a refund to your original payment method.

Non-Returnable Items

Please note, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Items that have been worn, washed, or altered.

  • Custom or personalized gear.

  • Clearance or final-sale items.

How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  2. Clearly state the reason for your return.

  3. Include clear photos of the item if defective or incorrect.

  4. Our support team will respond within 48 hours to guide you through the return process.
