At Melkhos, we take pride in the quality and care behind every product we ship. Many of our items are made-to-order and require specific handling before dispatch. Please review our processing and shipping timeframes below:

Processing Time
All orders are processed in the order they are received. Due to the high demand for our gear and the custom nature of select sizes and styles, processing time may take between 3 to 10 business days before an order is prepared for shipment.
Orders containing specialty sizes (such as XXL, XXXL, or custom designs) may fall on the longer end of this window to ensure availability and proper quality control.

Shipping Time
Once fulfilled, your order is shipped via tracked delivery. Transit time typically ranges from 5 to 8 business days depending on your location and shipping method selected at checkout.

Fulfillment & Chargeback Policy
Please note: Once an order is placed, it is locked into our production workflow. We do not cancel or refund in-progress orders unless an issue with fulfillment is confirmed. Initiating a chargeback before this timeframe concludes can halt fulfillment, add delays, and result in permanent account restrictions. Orders not yet fulfilled within the processing window are not eligible for chargeback under ‘item not received’ claims, as the timeline has not been exceeded.
